Ben Osgood- Reservations Manager

Ben has worked at Pure Luxury since 2003. His
professional background is in hospitality. His
first job in the hospitality industry was as
a Front Desk Agent at the Doubletree Hotel in
Rohnert Park, CA, which eventually led to a
position as a Night Auditor. When the Vineyard
Creek Hotel, Spa, & Conference Center in
Santa Rosa was under construction, Ben applied
for the position of Front Desk Agent and was
the first person ever hired by Front Desk Management.
He was later promoted to Front Desk Supervisor.
Ben came to Pure Luxury because he desired a
career change, but very much wanted to stay
in the hospitality industry. He has worked in
the reservations department since 2003, and
was promoted to Reservations Manager in 2007.
Ben is currently enrolled at SRJC, where he is
working on his Associate's degree.

Jackie Ramirez - Dispatch Manager

Jackie joined the team at Pure Luxury in 2003.
She was initially employed as a part-time dispatcher,
and she quickly joined the dispatch team full-time. In January 2006, Jackie was promoted to
Dispatch Manager. She brought extensive customer
service experience, specializing in the luxury
market, when she joined the Pure Luxury team.
Prior to her employment here, Jackie worked
for Cartier, Inc., in Sonoma, and also for Camelbak;
she is committed to making customer's
needs a top priority.
Jackie graduated from Sonoma Valley High School
in 1997. She has taken various classes at Santa
Rosa Junior College, including marketing, advertising,
real estate, psychology, and management. Jackie
also has her cosmetology license.

Jennifer Buffo - Chief Operating Officer

Jennifer started working at Pure Luxury in 1992,
when she met Gary Buffo. They founded the company
together, with one limousine. Through their
joint efforts, they have successfully grown
Pure Luxury into a world-class transportation
company. Initially, Jennifer's responsibilities were sales and marketing; not long after, she also became responsible for accounting. In 2002, she began running the day-to-day operations.
Jennifer graduated from FIDM in 1989, and managed
three different clothing/retail companies in
the San Francisco bay area. With many years
of experience in a customer-service oriented
industry, she possesses the skills that are
required to successfully run a highly detailed

Gary Buffo - President - gary@pureluxury.com
Gary is the founder of Pure Luxury, and has
been involved in many different businesses
since 1987. Gary studied business
administration at Santa Rosa JC and Sonoma
State University. He started Pure
Luxury in 1991, after a bad experience

Marty Hronec - Chauffeur Supervisor

Marty has worked for Pure Luxury since 1999. He
was first hired as a chauffeur, was promoted
to head chauffeur, and held that position until
he decided to leave Pure Luxury in order to
pursue a career in the wine industry. Marty
was employed at a Sonoma County winery until
2003, when he re-joined the Pure Luxury team.
In 2006, he was promoted to Chauffeur Supervisor.
Prior to joining the team at Pure Luxury, Marty
was a Firefighter/Paramedic for 20 yrs.
Marty holds degrees in both Fire Science and Education,
as well as a certificate in EMT 1, a Paramedic
license from Stanford pre hospital care program,
a California State teaching license, and a Special
Event and Marketing certificate from UC Berkeley.
Marty has been very active in his community,
involving himself in many organizations both
as a participant and as a leader. With his strong
management background, Marty very effectively
runs the Chauffeur department at Pure Luxury.

Antoinette Allison
- Business Development Manager

Antoinette began working for Pure Luxury in 2005
as the Business Development Manager, and brings
more than 20 years of operational, sales, and
marketing experience to the position. After
receiving two degrees at her college graduation,
Antoinette headed to Hawaii. She became the
first owner/operator of the successful Hertz
Agency in Princeville, Kauai. Following that
experience, she held a position with Creative
Leisure International which required product
development, domestic and international contract
negotiation, and vendor relations.
Antoinette spent years developing both personal
and professional relationships, and, through
these relationships, she brings a strong sense
of commitment to the company. Before joining
the team at Pure Luxury, Antoinette worked at
the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce, and was
responsible for membership and advertising.
Her connection to the Chamber provided Antoinette
with a personal and professional opportunity
for community involvement, which she maintains
today.

Tricia Rivera
- Accounting Manager

Tricia has worked at Pure Luxury since 1997. She
was hired as a chauffeur, moved into the reservations
department, later became an administrative assistant,
and currently holds the position of Accounting
Manager. Prior to her employment with Pure Luxury,
Tricia worked with a collection agency, Transworld
Systems Inc. (TSI) and Collection Management
System (CMS).
In December 1996, Tricia graduated from Sonoma
State University with a BA in Sociology and
she received her California state teaching credential
in 1999. She was a 2nd and 3rd grade teacher
at a private school, the Academy of Sonoma.
