The purpose of art is washing the dust of our daily life off our souls.
~ Pablo Picasso
The Arts. Expression fueled by a creative impulse. Seen in a drawing, painting, photograph, or sculpture. Heard in music or during a theatrical performance. Or, tasted in food and wine. Napa Valley dedicates an entire month to celebrating Art in all its forms during Napa Valley Arts in April 2015.
The celebration presents an amazing selection of festivities. Some of the festivities include:
– art shows
– community art collaborations
– artists receptions at wineries
– acoustic music
– photography
– watercolor demonstrations
– hands-on glass art making experience
– live landscape painting in a vineyard
– winery art tours
– pottery & crafts
