Dessert is paired with champagne from France. The menu includes Maine Lobster Thermidor paired with a wine that earned 91 points from Wine Spectator – Acacia Vineyard Chardonnay Carneros Sangiacomo Vineyard 2009. For dessert, Royal Whisky Chocolate Mousse Cake is paired with Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Demi-Sec from Champagne, France that earned 91 points from Wine Enthusiast.
